SMART CITIES – Ranking of European medium-sized cities
The document “Smart cities Ranking of European medium-sized cities” is the report of a study conducted by the University of Technology in Vienna organized by Rudolf Giffinger. It represents one of the most reliable ranking on the level of “smartness” of medium-sized European city.
The document “Mapping Smart Cities in the EU” organized by the European Parliament is a report that provides information about the concentration of Smart Cities in the UE more than 100,000 inhabitants.
Smart London Plan, prepared by the Great Authority of London is one of the first plans worldwide whose vision is the creation of an intelligent community. It includes several issues of the “smart revolution” such as the use of open data, the connection between citizens, participation, creativity and technology development, adaptation to climate change, the improvement of infrastructure etc.
OSSERVATORIO NAZIONALE SMART CITY
The website of the National observatory on Smart City is a portal promoted by ANCI created with the aim of gathering analysis, research and replicable models available to Italian municipalities who want to pursue the “smart cities” paradigm. Essentially it is a space for the production and sharing of knowledge on innovation and urban sustainability.

Il software ENVIMET permette di effettuare simulazioni circa le prestazioni termiche a scala urbana relativamente a flusso dei venti, temperature supericiale e radiante, tasso di umidità, comfort percepito, esposizione etc. valutando l’apporto di raffrescamento dato dal verde urbano.
