 The archive has more than 5,000 images, mainly in black and white, available in digital format. An extensive collection of photographs, specimens and film that describes the architectural and urban culture of the last century with particular reference to the ’50s. The catalog is divided into seven sections: Aerial Photos: shots from remotely piloted aircraft; Territory and landscape plans, maps and plans, views and landscapes; Architecture: the buildings of architectural significance; Rural architecture: pictures of architecture and the rural culture; Construction: Public and private; Urban Spaces: urban places as open squares, streets and green spaces; Details: pictures of detail.

The archive testifies about 10 years of urban history of the city of Naples: programs, projects, achievements, deeds, reports, etc. A collection of documents that began in December 1997 and was completed in May 2006.

Each document is identified with alphanumeric code, described and dated to ensure a fast and thorough consultation. The consultation areas which make up the archive are five: North Area, Western Area, Eastern Area, Central Area and Old Town, Bagnoli – Coroglio.
